The brakes locked up and I was sent into a curb, and a wooden sign/post." He didn't swerve, he hit the brakes and they locked. His first instinct was to avoid contact. After his tires lost grip, he was out of control. Driver ability probably played a part in the wreck after the wheels locked up, but I agree with his first instinct. What would you have done differently?
